Befriending You Therapy provides professional therapy services, including in-person sessions in Austin, Texas, and online sessions via a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform. All services are provided by licensed therapists.

- Attend scheduled therapy sessions on time or provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Online therapy sessions are conducted via a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have a private, quiet space for your online sessions. Technical issues should be reported to us as soon as possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

Befriending You Therapy and its therapists are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or from any actions taken based on the advice or information provided during therapy sessions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to others.
