What is your cancellation policy?

  • I require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows incur a $75 fee.  Please note this fee is not covered by insurance.

Are your therapy sessions confidential?

  • Yes, all therapy sessions are confidential. I adhere to strict privacy laws and ethical guidelines to ensure your information is protected.

  • Virtual sessions are conducted via a HIPPA compliant video conferencing platform. You will receive a link to join the session at your scheduled time. Ensure you have a private, quiet space for the session.

How long are the therapy sessions and how often should I attend?

  • Therapy sessions typically last 50-55 minutes. The frequency of sessions depends on your individual needs and goals, which we will discuss during your initial consultation.

Do you specialize in working with any specific communities?
